From offering chat support to answering email queries, I’m dedicated to ensuring that your customers feel seen, heard and validated—and good customer morale means an even better brand image.

This service is split across three cost-effective packages, but here’s what you can expect from me!

  • Friendly, professional responses to typical customer concerns: delivery status, order confirmation, missing orders, damaged / incorrect products, among other queries.

  • Part-time, full-time or all-time availability (3 days, 5 days or 7 days per week), depending on your ideal package and current customer support needs!

  • [optional] Process returns and refunds on an as needed basis—if we agree to integrate Shopify support into your package (no additional fee; I understand some clients aren’t open to Shopify collaboration).

  • Bi-weekly updates sent to you via email regarding repeat issues or any other concerns requiring escalation.

Setting Expectations

Once we’ve decided on the best package for your brand, you’ll grant access to your customer support platform and/or Shopify collaborator access.

Agreement & Payment

Before I begin this service, I will send an invoice outlining the scope of this project. Work begins within 24 hours of your invoice being paid in full.

Service Completion

Once all payments have been settled, you will receive 30-days of service depending on the package — either in 3 day, 5 day or 7 day intervals.
